To address this need, the LAJ Women's Caucus developed a series of dynamic networking luncheons, a mentoring program, educational events and community service activities.
The networking luncheons created by the Women's Caucus "Women in the Profession" committee, which was formed in 2014, focused on bringing together women plaintiff attorneys and area judges for socialization and discussion of topics affecting the profession.
All female members are automatically members of its Women's Caucus and eligible to participate in its list server.
